For now, Sunday at 9:55 a.m. is the only time we offer services at the Stoney Creek Conference Center.

What to expect (and not to expect)

At this non-denominational church you should expect to be welcomed by lots of friendly people without it being an intimidating or overbearing experience.  You will see lots of children being signed in, be given a welcome card and will likely meet a few folks right away.  There is an air of comfort.

The service varies but we typically begin with music, and then the pastor welcomes everyone and invites them to participate in the worship experience.  Sometimes he will give his message first, and sometimes a guest speaker will start.  We like to keep it unpredictable, so it doesn't get boring. The one thing you can always count on is the fact that we always teach the Word of God in a genuine and non-religious way.  We provide relevant messages that can be applied to everyday life, here and now.

With about 100 people of different backgrounds, age and ethnicity, many who are between 25-45 and have families, it truly is a great time!

After the service

You will feel refreshed, calm, happy – like everything is going to be okay.  You will also feel noticed, appreciated, encouraged and thoughtful, and have a belief that you have received real, applicable information to apply to your life today.

Many folks will mingle around and eventually work their way out. Everyone is welcome to stick around as long as they like and enjoy each others' company and friendship.

Kids are always welcome

Children may attend regular services or can attend age-specific classes  - whichever makes them feel more comfortable.

Kids... what are you going to do?We'll show children they are just as important as the adults.  We strive to love them and teach them God’s Word, with games, drama, bible stories, crafts and music – often combining many of these to drive home a single message. We try to be part of their everyday activities, and we lead them by being good examples.

It's always up to you if you want to attend

Curiosity is a great thing. Come by one Sunday and see for yourself if being around such great people makes you feel good - we have a feeling you will! If you enjoy it, come back. If not, that's absolutely fine. You have your reasons for coming, staying, or going and they are respected. If you have questions before taking your time to stop by, call or email Pastor Gary - you'll find you never feel pressured. You can also watch from a distance and read Pastor Gary's blog (opens a new window).

Come, be yourself. Meet some great people. We accept you just as God does (although we do discourage nakedness).
