Joan recruits, oversees and trains staff to work in the Nursery at Revolution Church. Responsibilities include maintaining the monthly schedule to ensure all materials and supplies are available for services.

When not at Revolution Church, Joan enjoys working in her flower beds and yard. She especially treasures time with her husband and family, and says her granddaughters are a particular bright spot.
